MURGH TIKKA

Tandoor cooked chicken supreme; marinated herbs and spices, laced with Kashmiri royal cumin.  

 

MURGH MALAI TIKKA

Boneless chicken pieces marinated in a creamy cheese marinade, flavoured with garlic & spices.  

 

DALCHA KEBAB

Delicately spiced chicken cutlets, marinated with lentils and cooked to perfection.  

 

LAMB TIKKA

Succulent pieces of lamb marinated and cooked in a tandoor oven.  

 

MURGH SHASHLIK

Chicken marinated in our special chilli, ginger and garlic sauce then cooked in the tandoori oven.  

 

MURGH TIKKA PAKORA

Chicken tikka pieces mixed with herbs, spices and gram flour then deep fried.  

 

SEEKH KEBAB

Minced lamb blended with mixed herbs & spices, put onto skewers then chargrilled to perfection.  

 

SULTANI LAMB CHOPS

Lamb chops matured in yoghurt, garlic, ginger, fresh lemon leaves marinated and grilled.                

MURGH TANDOORI

Delhi style classic quarter chicken on the bone chargrilled, marinated in yogurt and soft spices. 

 

MURGH CHAAT PURI  

Diced chicken pieces cooked in light spices and served on a thin deep fried bread.  

 

ONION BHAJI (V)

Crisp onions & gram flour moulded into a sphere, then deep fried until golden brown.  

 

GOL GAPPA (V)

A famous Indian street snack, crisp flour pancake spheres filled with chickpeas, yoghurt and tamarind chutney.  

 

SAMOSAS (Meat/Veg) (V)

Triangular shaped pastry with a meat or vegetable filling.  

 

PANEER TIKKA (D)

Indian cheese spiced lightly with herbs, spices, laced with cardamon & roasted gently in the tandoor.  

 

TANDOORI MAHA JHINGA

Tandoor cooked king prawns marinated with red peppers and ground spices.  

 

GRILLED SEA BASS

Pan seared fillets of sea bass, served on a bed of spiced mash potato 

 

SEARED SCALLOPS

Spice-crusted scallops with curry leaf and coriander.

Chargrilled Scottish salmon matured in a rich, spicy marinade of dill, fennel and ginger.               

GRILLED TROUT MACCHI 

Locally sourced mild trout, delicately spiced and grilled.

New Zealand half shell mussels delicately spiced and tossed in herbs.

Large king prawn coated with spicy batter, bread crumbs then deep fried.
